San Antonio, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Northside Independent School District plans to invest $15,500,000.00 to build out 34,000 square feet of new space in San Antonio. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5700 Hemphill Drive in San Antonio, on or about November 1, 2025. According to the company website Northside ISD is located in northwest San Antonio and is the fourth largest school district in the state of Texas with an enrollment of 94,702 and staff of 12,900. NISD is one of the largest and most diverse school districts in the state to earn a Recognized rating from the Texas Education Agency. The District is growing by about 3,000 students a year, which is a testament to the quality of our educators and superior instructional and extracurricular programs.
