Ogden, UT — Ogden’s Own Distillery, Inc. has secured $1,502,000.00 in new commercial financing for expansion opportunities in Ogden. According to the company website, Ogden’s Own Distillery began as an idea of Timothy Smith in the early 2000’s. While tinkering with different product concepts, Smith settled upon Underground Herbal Spirit as the product to first put Ogden’s Own Distillery on the map. With the assistance of some fellow Utahns, Underground Herbal Spirit launched into Utah Department of Alcohol Beverage Control stores in August of 2009. Since then, Ogden’s Own Distillery has released Five Wives Vodka, Five Wives Heavenly & Sinful flavored vodkas, Porter’s Whiskey Flavored Liqueurs and Madam Pattirini Gin.
