Comanche, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Oncor Electric Delivery plans to invest $15,000,000.00 to build out 20,077 square feet of new space in Comanche. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1300 West Cherokee Avenue in Comanche, on or about January 1, 2026.
