Washington, DC — According to state and local economic development sources Open Gov Hub plans to invest $2,174,800.00 to build out new space in Washington. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1100 13th St NW in Washington, on or about June 1, 2021. According to the company website Open Gov Hub (OGH) is a dynamic meeting place that brings together people, ideas, and resources to help open up governments and empower citizens around the world. We were co-founded in 2012 as the world’s first innovation hub focused on the theme of open government (supporting the 3 values of transparency, accountability and civic participation). The Open Gov Hub is a nonprofit social enterprise that supports a network of 50 organizations working worldwide. There are three core components of what we do to support our member network and partners, in order to fulfill our mission of being a world-class meeting place that brings people together to help open up governments and empower citizens globally.
