Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources PepsiCo plans to invest $4,604,570.00 to build out 6,125 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 9300 La Porte Frwy in Houston, on or about December 1, 2021. PepsiCo generated more than $67 billion in net revenue in 2019, driven by a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Quaker and Tropicana.
