Marble Falls, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Phoenix Hospitality Group plans to invest $18,500,000.00 to build out 94,578 square feet of new space in Marble Falls. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1 Main Street in Marble Falls, on or about October 1, 2025. According to the company website Phoenix Hospitality Group is a hospitality company based out of PO Box 340, Boerne, Texas, United States. In the early years PHG built its reputation by taking under-performing properties in their specific markets and turning them around, beginning with the historic Gunter Hotel in San Antonio, TX.
