Royse City, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy plans to invest $4,000,000.00 to build out 40,000 square feet of new space in Royse City. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3200 FM 548 S in Royse City, on or about August 1, 2025.
