Grand Prairie, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Power Tech Electrical Sales plans to invest $5,000,000.00 to build out 55,147 square feet of new space in Grand Prairie. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2620 Hardroack Road in Grand Prairie, on or about October 1, 2025. According to the company website Power Tech Electrical Sales was founded in 2002 through the acquisition of the Eads Company of Dallas by Mark Johnston, its current Principal. The Eads Co. had been representing electrical manufacturers in the Texas and Oklahoma markets since 1975. Today, Power Tech represents some of the finest manufacturers in the electrical industry within the Texas and Arkansas markets. We operate out of a 50,000 square foot warehouse in Irving, TX with 7 full time warehouse employees to provide local and regional inventory for many of the manufacturers we represent. In addition, we are the only warehousing rep in North Texas operating its own 26 flatbed truck for Dallas/Ft. Worth local deliveries. This allows us the ability to handle critical same day deliveries as well as provide dock to dock service at a reduced cost for our valued manufacturer partners.
