Laporte, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Premier Cryogenic Services plans to invest $2,700,000.00 to build out 26,000 square feet of new space in Laporte. The company plans to occupy the new space at 615 N. 6th Street, Bldg. 2 in Laporte, on or about October 1, 2022. According to the company website Joe and Mark Morreale, original and former owners of WesMor Cryogenic Companies, opened their new company, Premier Cryogenic Services LLC, in July of 2019. PCSs mission is to provide the same high-quality cryogenic equipment service that has been synonymous with the Morreale family for decades. PCS, a DOT registered, ASME R-Stamp facility, specializes in inspection, retest, repair, and rehabilitation of cryogenic UN Portable Tank and IMO 7 ISO containers and transport trailers, including but not limited to LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG, and LH2. Premier Cryogenic Services is also proud to announce the acquisition of Richard Lasseres company, Elite Cryogenics LLC, the industry leader in liquid hydrogen transport trailer retest, repair and rehabilitation, located in Slidell, LA. Elite is now the new Premier Cryogenic Services.
