Washington, DC — According to state and local economic development sources Republican State Leadership Committee plans to invest $786,500.00 to build out 7,600 square feet of new space in Washington. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1201 F St NW in Washington, on or about December 1, 2020. According to the company website The Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) is the largest caucus of Republican state leaders in the country and the only national organization whose mission is to elect Republicans to multiple down-ballot, state-level offices. Since 2002, the RSLC has worked to elect candidates to the offices of lieutenant governor, secretary of state, state legislator, the judiciary, and other down-ticket races. The RSLC has nearly 200,000 donors in all 50 states. The RSLC invested a record $45 million into state-level races in the 2017-2018 election cycle, which contributed to state-level Republicans maintaining 61 of 99 legislative chamber majorities, holding 25 lieutenant governor seats, and 29 secretaries of state offices.
