Rosedale Distilling Company to spend $23,150,000.00 to occupy 130,000 square feet of space in Rosedale Mississippi.
Rosedale, Mississippi — According to state and local development sources, Rosedale Distilling Company plans to invest $23,150,000.00 to build out 130,000 square feet of new space in Rosedale. The company plans to occupy the new space in Rosedale, on or about June 1, 2025. According to the company website Rosedale Distilling Company is the combined vision of company founders, Jack and Elizabeth Coleman. A native of Rosedale Mississippi, Jack dreamed of returning home to the Mississippi Delta after a 38-year career as a lawyer in Washington DC. Jack knew there was untapped potential in small towns across America and wanted his beloved hometown of Rosedale to benefit from the resurgence of appreciation in rural America and the small-town way of life. He envisioned establishing Rosedale, located along the Mississippi River, as a premier region for the distilling industry. With its ideal climate for aging fine spirits, its history of great distillers, and its central location with easy access into states on both sides of the river, Jack was convinced that Rosedale was the place to make fine spirits and revitalize the once-prosperous historic town of Rosedale in the North Mississippi Delta.
