Seattle, Washington — According to state and local economic development sources Seattle Public Schools plans to invest $100,000,000.00 to build out new space in Seattle. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1600 S Columbian Way in Seattle, on or about October 1, 2024. According to the company website Seattle Public Schools is the largest K-12 school system in Washington state, serving more than 54,000 students in 103 schools with a growing enrollment. We have a staff of about 8,000 which includes about 3,600 teachers.
