Seattle, Washington — According to state and local economic development sources Seattle University plans to invest $12,719,200.00 to build out 181,600 square feet of new space in Seattle. The company plans to occupy the new space at 901 12th Ave in Seattle, on or about May 1, 2021. According to the company website Seattle University, founded in 1891, is a Jesuit Catholic university located on 50 acres in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. More than 8,000 students are enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs within eight schools and colleges. U.S. News and World Report’s “Best Colleges 2018” ranks Seattle University among the top ten universities in the West that offer a full range of masters and undergraduate programs for the 17th consecutive year.
