Security State Bank & Trust to spend $400,000.00 to occupy 1,569 square feet of space in New Braunfels Texas.
New Braunfels, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Security State Bank & Trust plans to invest $400,000.00 to build out 1,569 square feet of new space in New Braunfels. The company plans to occupy the new space at 501 Landa Street in New Braunfels, on or about June 1, 2022. According to the company website Security State Bank was born in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas and still resides in the former Buckhorn Saloon building at 201 West Main. In 1941 a group of local businessmen saw a need for a new bank to better serve the community’s needs. On April 12, Security State Bank officially opened for business in the old saloon building. The white-tailed deer was used as the banks logo as a salute to the simple beginnings of our first property. Today, during this time of economic uncertainty coupled with ever increasing regulatory requirements, Security State Bank & Trust remains poised for opportunities for continued growth in the future as a strong privately owned community bank.
