Seminole, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Seminole Independent School District plans to invest $25,000,000.00 to build out 64,222 square feet of new space in Seminole. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2100 NW Avenue D in Seminole, on or about September 1, 2026.
