Dallas, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Southern Methodist University plans to invest $25,000,000.00 to build out 83,744 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3140 Dyer Street in Dallas, on or about June 1, 2021.
