Georgetown, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Southwestern University plans to invest $13,000,000.00 to build out 40,223 square feet of new space in Georgetown. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1001 E University Ave in Georgetown, on or about August 1, 2024.
