Livingston, Texas — According to state and local development sources, St. Luke’s Health plans to invest $3,000,000.00 to build out 9,565 square feet of new space in Livingston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1717 US-59 Loop N in Livingston, on or about February 1, 2025. According to the company website St. Luke’s Health is a part of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), one of the nations largest health systems.
