San Antonio, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources St. Philip’s College plans to invest $12,500,000.00 to build out 56,252 square feet of new space in San Antonio. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1801 Martin Luther King Drive in San Antonio, on or about June 1, 2023. According to the company website St. Philips College, founded in 1898, is a comprehensive public community college whose mission is to empower our diverse student population through educational achievement and career readiness. As a Historically Black College and Hispanic Serving Institution, St. Philips College is a vital facet of the community, responding to the needs of a population rich in ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic diversity.
