Tampa, Florida — According to state and local development sources, Straz Center for the Performing Arts plans to invest $80,000,000.00 to build out 150,000 square feet of new space in Tampa. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1010 N Wc Macinnes Pl in Tampa, on or about December 1, 2024.
