Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas Instruments plans to invest $119,000,000.00 to build out 505,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 13570 N Central Expressway in Dallas, on or about January 1, 2027.
