Richardson, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Texas Instruments plans to invest $850,000,000.00 to build out 102,466 square feet of new space in Richardson. The company plans to occupy the new space at 300 W. Renner Road in Richardson, on or about October 1, 2022.
