Houston, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas Medical Center plans to invest $8,400,000.00 to build out 22,855 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7255 Helix Park Avenue in Houston, on or about August 1, 2024.
