Bastrop, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Texas Military Department plans to invest $7,000,000.00 to build out new space in Bastrop. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1705 TX-95 in Bastrop, on or about January 1, 2023. According to the company website The Texas Military is commanded by The Adjutant General of Texas, the state’s senior military official appointed by the governor, and is comprised of the Texas Military Department, the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG), the Texas Air National Guard (TXANG) and the Texas State Guard (TXSG).
