Texas State Technical College to spend $20,000,000.00 to occupy 98,080 square feet of space in Waco Texas.
Waco, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Texas State Technical College plans to invest $20,000,000.00 to build out 98,080 square feet of new space in Waco. The company plans to occupy the new space at Corner of 5th Street and Campus Drive in Waco, on or about August 1, 2021. According to the company website TSTC was established 50 years ago to help create a strong Texas. At the time, Governor John Connally predicted we would become “the most sophisticated technical-vocational institute in the country.” TSTC is living true to that vision with ten campuses in Abilene, Breckenridge, Brownwood, Fort Bend County, Harlingen, Marshall, North Texas, Sweetwater, Waco and East Williamson County. TSTC graduates are highly valued by business and industry for their work ethic, knowledge and workplace skills.
