Dallas, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center plans to invest $15,500,000.00 to build out 63,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5920 Forest Park Road in Dallas, on or about January 1, 2023. According to the company website For over 40 years, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) has dedicated its services to education, patient care and research for West Texas and beyond. More than 10,000 health care professionals have been trained within TTUHSC’s five schools, and we continue to meet the health care needs of the 2.5 million people in our region.
