Dallas, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center plans to invest $15,500,000.00 to build out 63,000 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 5920 Forest Park Road in Dallas, on or about January 1, 2023.
