Lubbock, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas Tech University plans to invest $200,000,000.00 to build out 300,000 square feet of new space in Lubbock. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2526 6th Street in Lubbock, on or about August 1, 2024.
