Lubbock, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Texas Tech University plans to invest $4,600,000.00 to build out 37,000 square feet of new space in Lubbock. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1800 18th Street in Lubbock, on or about January 1, 2026.
