Amarillo, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Texas Tech University plans to invest $70,054,614.00 to build out 47,000 square feet of new space in Amarillo. The company plans to occupy the new space at 807 N. Soncy Rd in Amarillo, on or about September 1, 2021.
