Houston, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources The HAY Center plans to invest $20,000,000.00 to build out 60,000 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3131 Gulf Freeway in Houston, on or about September 1, 2023. According to the company website Empowering current and former foster youth to be successful, productive adults through training & mentorship in education, employment, and personal achievement. The HAY Center, a program of Harris County Resources for Children and Adults, a public/private partnership, provides much needed services to foster youth transitioning to adulthood in our community. Our employment, education, housing, mental health and life skills programs empower current and former foster youth to be successful productive adults.
