Lebanon, Tennessee — According to state and local economic development sources Tritium plans to build out new space in Lebanon. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1420 Toshiba Drive in Lebanon, on or about September 1, 2022. According to the company website Founded in 2001, Tritium designs and manufactures proprietary hardware and software to create advanced and reliable DC fast chargers for electric vehicles. Tritiums compact and robust chargers are designed to look great on Main Street and thrive in harsh conditions, through technology engineered to be easy to install, own, and use. Tritium has entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination with Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corporation II (NASDAQ: DCRN, DCRNW), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), that results in Tritium as a publicly listed company. Tritium is now a publicly listed company on the NASDAQ exchange and has begun trading under the ticker symbol DCFC.
