Saint Paul, Minnesota — According to state and local economic development sources Twin Cities German Immersion School plans to invest $5,843,526.00 to build new space in Saint Paul. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1031 Como Ave in Saint Paul, on or about April 1, 2021. According to the company website Twin Cities German Immersion School is a tuition free public charter school located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Our full immersion program utilizes German as the language of instruction beginning in kindergarten. We opened in 2005 with two grades and will be expanding each year until we have reached a K-8 configuration. TCGIS is a K-8 charter school that values high academic achievement and engages each individual child through an enriched foreign language curriculum. With the strong support of parents and community members, our school creates an environment that nurtures a child’s natural curiosity and fosters international awareness.
