Memphis, Tennessee — According to state and local development sources, United Housing plans to invest $1,500,000.00 to build out 7,510 square feet of new space in Memphis. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2509 Harvard Ave in Memphis, on or about April 1, 2024. According to the company website United Housing, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) not for profit agency that works throughout Shelby County, Tennessee to provide affordable housing, homebuyer education, counseling and low interest rate loan products. We target our services to families that are low- to moderate-income and first time home buyers. United Housing also focuses its affordable housing production in low- to moderate-income areas, predominantly in and around the inner city of Memphis. Over the past 20 years, we have helped more than 4,000 families buy or save their home, renovated or constructed over 300 homes and had an average annual investment of $17.3 million in the local economy.
