Houston, Texas — According to state and local development sources, University of Houston plans to invest $1,250,000.00 to build out 2,152 square feet of new space in Houston. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4188 Elgin Street Room 130 in Houston, on or about September 1, 2025. According to the company website Founded in 1927, the University of Houston is the leading public research university in the vibrant international city of Houston.
