Sugar Land, Texas — According to state and local development sources, University of Houston plans to invest $52,000,000.00 to build out 77,257 square feet of new space in Sugar Land. The company plans to occupy the new space at 13858 University Boulevard in Sugar Land, on or about 7/1/2025.
