Denton, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources University of North Texas plans to invest $5,000,000.00 to build out 18,371 square feet of new space in Denton. The company plans to occupy the new space at 200 Avenue A in Denton, on or about January 1, 2023. According to the company website Established in 1890, UNT is one of the nations largest public research universities with more than 42,000 students.
