Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania — According to state and local economic development sources UPMC Mercy plans to invest $510,000,000.00 to build out 410,000 square feet of new space in Pittsburgh. The company plans to occupy the new space at 1400 Locust St. in Pittsburgh, on or about November 1, 2022.
