Alexandria, Virginia — According to state and local economic development sources Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University plans to invest $275,000,000.00 to build out 300,000 square feet of new space in Alexandria. The company plans to occupy the new space in Alexandria, on or about January 1, 2024.
