Dallas, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Watermark Institute plans to invest $2,000,000.00 to build out 17,030 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 7540 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway 5th Floor in Dallas, on or about January 1, 2022. According to the company website The Watermark Institute was created to invest in, develop, and deploy the next generation of church leaders. It is designed to combine biblical training, discipleship, and hands-on ministry experience to fully equip leaders who desire to serve in vocational ministry. Watermark Community Church was started in Dallas back in 1999 by a group of people desperate to be a thriving body of believers, daring to live in unashamed authenticity, and desiring to see the gospel spread and transform their city. The church began to grow. Lives, through the Spirit of the Living God, began to change. Now, almost twenty years later, our heart is to share what we have learned with others.
