The Woodlands, Texas — According to state and local economic development sources Western Midstream plans to build out 133,948 square feet of new space in The Woodlands. The company plans to occupy the new space at 9950 Woodloch Forest Drive in The Woodlands, on or about November 1, 2020. According to the company website Western Midstream Partners, LP is a growth-oriented Delaware master limited partnership formed to acquire, own, develop and operate midstream energy assets. With midstream assets located in the Rocky Mountains, North-central Pennsylvania and Texas, WES is engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids and crude oil; and gathering and disposing of produced water for its customers.
