The company plans to occupy the new space at 9950 Woodloch Forest Dr. in The Woodlands, on or about November 1, 2020. According to the company website Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) is a growth oriented Delaware master limited partnership formed to acquire, own, develop and operate midstream energy assets.
