Hillsboro, Oregon — According to state and local development sources, Genentech plans to invest $750 Million to build out space in Hillsboro. The company is creating 250 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4625 NE Brookwood Pkwy in Hillsboro, on or about January 1, 2028.
