New Albany, Mississippi — According to state and local development sources, The Lumber Manufactory plans to invest $15 Million to build out space in New Albany. The company is creating 50 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at Glenfield Industrial Park in New Albany, on or about July 1, 2027.

According to the company website, We started The Lumber Manufactory (TLM) with a simple idea: wood processing plants should be deployed where they’re needed, when they’re needed quickly, reliably, and at low cost. America has a timber surplus and a manufacturing deficit, and were here to help landowners, communities, and customers convert local fiber into a resilient domestic lumber supply, the foundation of Americas housing supply.
