Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Balfour Beatty plans to invest $6,000,000.00 to build out 28,466 square feet of new space in Dallas. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2323 Victory Ave in Dallas, on or about March 1, 2027.
