Conroe, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Encompass Health Corporation plans to invest $16,673,312.00 to build out 52,500 square feet of new space in Conroe. The company plans to occupy the new space at 869 City Central Ave in Conroe, on or about November 22, 2027.
