Forney, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Fresenius Medical Care plans to invest $2,578,298.00 to build out 10,510 square feet of new space in Forney. The company plans to occupy the new space at 190 Trailhouse Lane in Forney, on or about May 11, 2027.
