Midland, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Midland Independent School District plans to invest $25,500,000.00 to build out 20,245 square feet of new space in Midland. The company plans to occupy the new space at 3201 Heritage Blvd. in Midland, on or about September 1, 2028.
