Dallas, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Morgan Stanley plans to invest $684 Million to expand in Dallas. The company is creating 3,800 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space at 2401 McKinney Ave in Dallas, on or about July 1, 2028.
