Newport News, Virginia — According to state and local development sources, S23 Holdings plans to invest $180 Million to build out 48,000 square feet of new space in Newport News. The company is creating 414 new jobs at this facility. The company plans to occupy the new space in Newport News, on or about November 1, 2027.
