Grapevine, Texas — According to state and local development sources, Select Medical plans to invest $6,000,000.00 to build out 60,000 square feet of new space in Grapevine. The company plans to occupy the new space at 4201 William D Tate Ave in Grapevine, on or about July 1, 2027.
